Where do you ship to?
Canada ONLY. There are no exceptions. Please do not enquire about shipping outside Canada as such emails will be ignored.

How do you ship?
Canada Express Post ONLY. Delivery is 1-3 business days usually depending where you live. Please do not ask us about other shipping methods.

Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are always shipped Canada domestic, so there is never any customs involved or any risk at all to you when ordering through us.

How much do you charge for shipping?
The cost of shipping is a flat $15.00 Express Post. If you require signature it costs $1.50 extra.
If your order is over $99.00, shipping is always free across Canada wide.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes.

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at Canada Post's website.

Why is my tracking number not showing online?
The tracking number can take a while to appear, sometimes it only appears in the system the following day. Please be patient, it will start to work. Do not email us about it as we do not have time to answer such requests.

What if Canada Post lost my package?
Normally if Canada Post loses your package it's 100% your loss. If Canada Post says "delivered" we consider it as delivered. Statistically this is very very rare and if you put your correct address you will receive your package.

Is there a risk of seizure?
Impossible. All mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs therefore domestic mail cannot be seized. By federal law domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.

By mistake I gave you a wrong mailing address. What happens now?
If you provided us with a wrong or incomplete mailing address we will not be able to retrieve your package. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. We will not be responsible for your mistake. If the package is sent back to sender it's lost because our return address is fake.

Is signature required on delivery?
It is not unless you request it.

What is your Turnaround time?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after clearing payment.

What if I need to return an item? Within 24 hrs of receiving your order photos of each item must be photographed together then items repackaged properly to eliminate suspicion of contents. Once package as been received it will be fully inspected to make sure everything has been returned and not tampered with. At this point if everything checks out a refund will be issued. Max refund allowed is $250.00. Return shipping procedure and address will be sent via email. Return shipping cost is not covered and its the sole responsibility of the costumer.

Can I pick up my order?
We are a strictly an online store. Local in person deliveries or warehouse pick up are not accepted.
